Google There's a reason this place is always so busy. They really are the best nail shop in Sidcup! I had the luxury pedicure today and it was heavenly! So relaxing and my feet have never looked so good. The staff are lovely and always ensure you are happy. Thank you Tom for my pedicure.

Google I’ve been coming here for a while and even travel from central London because I used to trust the service, but today completely put me off.
The first technician clearly couldn’t do the (very simple) design I asked for, despite it being something I’ve had done here before. Considering nail art costs extra, that’s not good enough. I had to ask for someone else.
Ken then took over, and when I asked for a small adjustment to match the reference photo, his attitude completely changed. He became visibly annoyed, stopped engaging, and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
Emily’s response was the worst part. When I tried to explain the issue, she sarcastically said, “do you want everyone in here to do your nails for you?”, which was unnecessary and rude, especially to a regular customer.
Thankfully, Jay stepped in and did the design properly. He was the only one who handled the situation professionally.
End result was fine, but the attitude from staff was not. I work in customer service myself and would never speak to a client like that. Really disappointing, I won’t be returning.
Saying “everything good” at the end was simply me being polite and referring to Jay’s work, while avoiding further awkwardness. It was not an indication that I was happy with how I was treated. I wasn’t. The sarcasm was unnecessary and unprofessional. All good things come to an end and this is the end of my long relationship with Emily’s Nails. Wishing you all the best!

Ken did your nails today, and when he started to apply the polish, it looked like you didn't like the colour you chose. Emily came to clean off the polish and asked if you would like to a pick different colour and someone would come to repaint them for you. Emily was not angry or rude to you, so we don't know why you said she was rude. At the end, when you went to wash your hands, she still asked if everything was okay. You said you were happy with it and smiled at her. Now when you've come back home, changed your mind, and given us a bad review.
We are always ready to welcome you back anytime if you change your mind again.
