Google Amazing nails!!! Absolute love this place - I cannot fault them! So welcoming, so warm and just amazing!! Had my first ever pedicure here because I’ve been so scared elsewhere and I love it! They care and they take the time - definitely recommend! ❤️

Google They file down your nails until they are paper thin then say it’s because you don’t have BIAB - constantly trying to upsell.
Also they rush services to see more clients and as a result of this it end it cuts and tears in the skin and around the nail beds
Mentioned it and was it was not that bad and it’ll be okay - not to forget i’ve never seen them sterilising any of their tools. BIG SAFETY HAZARD
and will be reporting to the local council.
Little update for Jodie since she wants to be busy - money was never an issue in this case as we both paid for the service but just the sheer lack of professionalism and work that we experienced. Maybe you think your nails are great because your standards are low in general?!

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. We’d like to clarify that we do not over-file nails or pressure clients into additional services such as BIAB — this is always optional.
We apologise again for the minor cut that occurred. As explained at the time, the skin around the nail was already dry and sensitive. The issue was addressed immediately, and your service was provided free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
Hygiene and safety are extremely important to us, and all tools are properly cleaned and sterilised in line with industry standards.
We always aim to provide careful and professional service, and we appreciate your feedback

Always a pleasure to have my nails done here. Silly customers writing fake reviews is awful!
Anyone complaining is wrong. Maddy C, mother and daughter terrible attitude and wanted to not pay clearly. Lucy and team were very polite and offered to not charge her after apologising several times.
I always come here.
