I visited last week for the first time for a pedicure. This was the best I have had, a very nice young man ( didn’t get his name ) did a great job, checked everything was as I wished. Highlight was the leg steamer which I have never seen before, it blows misty steam over lower legs which are covered in a moisturising gel/ cream. So relaxing & my skin felt great afterwards. They also have massage chairs. Salon was spotless. Will definitely be back for my next pedicure.

Walked in and asked for a full set and infill
Lady started to do my nails when coming to painting she left the ends without colour and customer thought it was okay to get involved and started speaking for the lady making me feel very uncomfortable to ask her to fix them because the lady got involved she said she wouldn’t fix the lines in my nails
Leaving me feeling very awkward and distressed

We also got told by the lady she didn’t want us to pay …. So now to be told that I didn’t pay and walked out is false and I’m sure the cctv in the shop can clarify what was said !

Also stating that you felt threatened after you making my nails messed up and a customer involving her self … I asked for my nails to be fixed and you said no , making false allegations is not nice when there was more than 8 people in the room plus like we have both stated there was cctv , I took your photo because I will be making a formal complaint to the right people as I couldn’t even see a certificate shown , and the attitude you have towards your customers is unacceptable

I think reviews are being deleted because all the previous bad reviews are gone. Beware. Not happy at all. Went to them few weeks ago. They only take cash or bank transfer. The workers constantly just speak to each other in their language which is not very polite to do infront of the customers. Additionally, my nails are really badly damaged and broken after them. It was not worth getting my manicure with them and I wont return or recommend.

No idea who Courtney is. I gave a review today because I literally had to cut all my nails off after your salon. You wont find me under this name because it was booked under my maiden name. This again proves that they have a team of little helpers who report all the reviews to be taken down and only keep the 5* reviews.
When I booked they had a few negative reviews and suddenly they all dissappear. I hope google looks into it before approving the removal of the reviews. Also are you claiming that my report of you only taking cash and bank transfers is not true?

I've been coming here for quite a few months and can't imagine going to a different nail shop. Ruby and her team are super professional and polite, and I always leave unable to tear my eyes away from my nails. I personally only get biab so can't really say much about their other services but they are incredibly talented and patient. I really can't recommend them enough!

I have been looking for a new nail salon for ages as they are all careless, dirty or rude in and around my local area unfortunately, or you find a good person then they move on or they get lazy with the service when you become a loyal client. Being in the industry of Beauty and clinical myself I am a bit fussy (because I know what I am looking and paying for!) I decided to try cloud nails after reading their reviews and all I can say is I think I have found my new nail salon (and I am a 2 week regular client so finding somewhere I am happy with is great :) I had limited parking time (my own fault) which ment I had to be a little quicker with my hands and feet but Ruby and her partner were great! Got me in and out on time it still some a good job, checked in with nail shape, thickness etc, was offered a drink, they were very polite and clinic and tools very clean! Well priced and welcoming! Well done guys 👏🏼 the steamers with a lovely aroma when having a pedicure was also a nice touch!
I told my daughter to try them out so the following week she did and also came back happy and found her new go to nail bar. Would definitely recommend 🤍💁🏼‍♀️ 💅🏻

I had an excellent experience at Cloud Nail Salon, and I want to specifically highlight Anna, who was absolutely brilliant. She was highly professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Anna took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, worked with great precision, and ensured everything was perfect. Her attention to detail is exceptional—her OCD is genuinely a bonus, as nothing is overlooked. The service felt both relaxing and high-quality, and I left extremely happy with the results. Had a great experience at Cloud Nail Spa! The salon is clean, friendly, and really welcoming.

Anna did my nails and she was amazing — super neat and precise. She really takes her time and makes sure everything looks perfect. So happy with the result! Definitely recommend her 😊
