Just don't go in there expecting a 1hr 15min appointment at the time u booked it cuz you're gonna be in there waiting ages to be seen and ur not actually coming out for another 3hrs😀
Few more annoying things - everyone is rushing like no tomorrow because they've overbooked. Usually that would be fine except they're not doing a very good job when rushing; my nails were constantly being filed unevenly i had to keep correcting it. They offer things you think are involved in the package you're paying for only to be told they're not at the end and it's extra. I got a manicure (booked a mani pedi on treatwell) and they called me beforehand said they saw my booking and am i coming on time or later (i said I'll be there a few minutes early if anything) and which gel nails i want cause they don't do build up, i said gel polish is fine - then after everything is said and done they tell me the gel nails were extra and im just thinking... why did they offer it like it was included then??? Look I'm not all that familiar with getting my nails done but honestly i felt duped. For what? Why take advantage when you can just be straight up?
The vibes in that place are extremely depressing too. It gets busy and it's a very small place, it feels like everyones walking over each other. They're playing the same sad cover songs over and over (like seriously there was a flute cover of a depressing song i know from the show 'Euphoria' playing.. as if i wasn't depressed enough that day) and no one looks like they want to be working there. You've got people grimacing when giving you a treatment...

Then they gave me a loyalty card... I'm not going back.

Terrible service. She ripped of a massive chunk of my skin then proceeded to say it’s my fault for having really sensitive skin. Prior to this I had a facial and applied pressure beyond reasonable force leaving huge red marks on my face.

The beauticians have potential but they were quite unprofessional. They charged me £5 extra for using the tweezers when waxing the legs ( no more than three minutes). This is the first time in 30 years that a salon charges to do what it's normal procedure: waxing and use the tweezers when necessary. Additionally, they have a flower in the waxing room plenty of dust and dirt and the curtains are also very dirty. The beautician did her job but was constantly asking private questions as if I had a property in my country, or if I had a property in London, if I was going to travel by plane... Quite an uncomfortable conversation. I won't recommend this place as the extra charge is a robbery.

Very nice little beauty salon! I booked a full manicure and spa pedicure, and I’m very happy with the service I received. I was offered a comforting drink upon arrival, and throughout the treatment, the lady made sure I was comfortable and feeling okay. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments in the future!

The worst massage I've ever had, was so bad I asked when it was over. I couldn't wait to leave. My 5 year old daughter has much better skills.
I had the youngest lady do my massage and I can 100% guess she has no a single training and knowledge in massage
I pointed to where my shoulder pain was and not once the whole 30 minutes did she touch that part of my shoulder, she sat down the whole time just waving her handing up and down my head. It was so appalling and a waste of my time

Came here a few times for gel manicure. The ladies are nice but unfortunately manicure is not their best. Nails were shaped unevenly and the gel polish wasn’t applied properly. Planning to find another place to redo them before my holiday. It’s a shame
