I’m unfortunately very disappointed with my recent appointment. I specifically asked for short French tips, but the final result did not match what I requested.

The French tips are uneven and inconsistent, and all of my nails are different shapes. I mentioned during the appointment that they didn’t look the same, but I was told they were fine. I also repeatedly said I prefer shorter nails, yet they were left much longer than I wanted, with the promise they would be filed later.

There is visible glue in the finished product, and the overall quality does not reflect the price paid. The appointment also took around two hours, which felt excessive considering the final result.
