I can’t say enough good things about Cosie Nails, it’s honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about making every customer feel comfortable and valued.
What really stood out to me was the level of service. They took their time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and paid close attention to every little detail. There was no rushing—just pure professionalism and care throughout the entire appointment.

Booked appointment for 11am today. received confirmation and a reminder 1 hour before. Arrived on time. Only 3 people working all with clients barely starting their treatment. I expect to wait 5 -15 minutes due to over running appointments but 35 minutes go by and no one has said anything to tell me they are running late or apologise. Just as I think someone is about to become available, they take their client to start a pedicure.....meaning I will have to wait at least another 30 mins before anyone will be free. No communication. No apology.
I had to leave, but at least the lady with the 11.30 appointment that came after me will be seen sooner than she would have if I'd have stayed. Very disappointed in this experience.

As a loyal customer of this nail shop for over a year, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I have always come here for my infills. Today I had an appointment and I have a loyalty card that clearly states a 20% discount. However, on my recent visit, I was only given a 10% discount on my hands and not on my feet. When I asked for clarification, the staff was dismissive and discussed among themselves in their native language then told me that the discount only applied to one service. This lack of transparency and respect for loyal customers is unacceptable. I ended up paying more than I should have, and I am truly frustrated. They didn’t even give me 10% they lady said only £4.00 off. Sadly, I will not be returning.

This is my favorite nail salon now. The staff are kind, patient, and very professional. They always listen carefully to what I want and my nails always turn out perfect. The salon is very clean and relaxing.
I highly recommend this place!
