i got my hand and feet acrylics done for holiday, within the first 3 days 2 acrylic toes came off and one on my hands. and by the end of the week all toes where off. i payed £80 for both, i called up they said they would fix them free of charge but my toe nails are incredibly short because of the acrylics ripping off so i asked for a refund and they refused. i’m very disappointed.

Service was decent. However i did my nails 10 days ago shellac and within 1 week they started coming off while i was on holiday. Not happy about it.

Extremely disappointed with the shellac pedicure I received. My feet weren’t soaked before cuticle work, which made the whole process uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was no exfoliation — something that’s usually a basic part of a pedicure — and my heels were left dry and rough.

There was no massage at all, and the entire treatment felt rushed and careless. Despite the poor quality and missing elements, I was still charged full price.

This was not a relaxing or worthwhile experience, and I won’t be going back.
