I just had an amazing experience with this hairstylist Renan and couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and also offered thoughtful professional advice that made a huge difference.

The haircut turned out perfect — it suits my face shape beautifully and feels light and fresh. As for the highlights, they look absolutely stunning! They’re natural, well-blended, and the color is exactly what I had in mind. You can truly see the skill and attention to detail in his work.

On top of that, the atmosphere is warm and relaxing, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and extremely satisfied.

Lucy deserves huge congratulations for her salon and her talented team. Everything reflects care, professionalism, and passion for what they do.

I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality service and incredible results!

I just want to give Sara her 💐💐.
Sara worked wonders on my hair i've NEVER had a hairdresser be able to blowdry my hair straight without it being frizzy or using loads of product ( I was surprised to say the least) Sara has a great aura and highly professional this was the first time using this salon and I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Sara annoyed you've left now 😩

I’m leaving this review after a very upsetting experience and how it was handled afterward.

I attended the salon wanting to minimise damage to my hair after months of avoiding colour. I specifically asked for advice on whether highlights or a gentle root colour would be better for fragile hair. I was advised to do a root colour that would blend softly with my existing highlights and not be dark.

Despite this, a red dye was applied to my roots, and I was later told it was “number 7” and would be corrected with toner. The final result was red roots with very dark, purplish colouring at the crown. This was extremely disappointing, especially as the appointment was intended as self-care during a difficult personal time and with the explicit aim of avoiding further damage.

I want to be clear that I did not behave aggressively or disrespectfully. I was visibly upset and did cry, which I could not hide, but I thanked the stylist and remained polite. Mistakes happen, and I was willing to allow the error to be corrected.

What was most distressing was the response from management afterward. I was abruptly told that the salon would no longer accommodate me, and that the stylist was too distressed to continue—despite the mistake not being mine. No solution, apology, or support was offered, and I was ultimately ignored when I asked how the damage would be addressed.

I actually like the stylist and believe this was an honest mistake, but the way the situation was escalated and handled by management felt unfair and dismissive. For that reason, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend the salon based on how clients are treated when something goes wrong.

I came in for a wash, blow dry, trim, and curl with Sara and she was absolutely amazing! She took so much time and care to make sure my hair looked perfect. She really listened to what I wanted, gave great advice on hair care and made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. My hair feels healthy, looks so shiny and the curls held perfectly. Will defo be coming back. Couldn’t recommend Sara enough!

This salon is impeccable from the interior to the staff to the homely warm welcoming atmosphere. I’ve been getting my hair done here for many years now and I’ve just started doing my nails, I’ve been to over 10 nail artist in my life, but I’ve never experienced what I experienced in this salon before. The nail artist done something called fibreglass nails something I never came across in London as I’m used to getting acrylic. The nail artist done the best job I’ve ever had done in my life with nails, the quality of the fibreglass nails is incredible so strong very thin and very natural looking, I really do hope this nail artist stays permanent as I will like to be her client forever. The manager offered me tea and coffee while I was getting my nails done, which is always the case which is very considerate for a nail appointment, they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The expertise in this salon brings the most finest Brazilian beauty parlour to London. I’m glad to have found them. They also always have appointments available at short notice, which is very helpful as-well.

I had a wash, trim, shape and blow dry by Sara who did a wonderful job! My hair is naturally thick and wavy so Sara cut some long layers to help it sit nicely and shape around my face. Really happy with the results and a lovely experience all round! Thank you Sara 🌟

Horrible experience. the girl came from outside she didn't even wash her hands and started working. as long as it's manicure and pedicure ok but eyebrows NO!. You were very sweet but now I'm scared for my health because you bled at some point. Then you used a shovel that was there probably already used. I put alcohol on my eyebrows to disinfect but now I have crazy anxiety. Horrible! This was the worst experience I've ever had. I paid cash but they didn't work properly. When I asked for a refund, instead of handling it professionally, the owner became aggressive. To make matters worse, she didn't even provide me with a receipt. Very untrustworthy service.

I had such a wonderful experience here. Walked in and they took me immediately and helped decide what I should do with my nails that were slightly damaged. The lady who did my nails was so gentle and careful and she spent so much time making sure they were perfect. Love the results. Incredible service and great prices.

Despite there being many salons and nail bars on the street, if you want a professional to take her time and attention on your hair and nails then I recommend this place 100% same price as the rest but better and personalised service!!
