Literally the WORST service EVER. Booked an appointment the day before , came in on time was made to wait for 30 minutes then when I finally got my toes done the lady was very rude, they all then began to talk about my in there language when I informed them my toes what not what I wanted, after much arguing they changed my toes but then decided to shut the doors then ask me to pay before my toes was even finished. This was very upsetting as customer which made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be coming back again, very disappointed!

I got an acrylic gel infill on the 4th of May and the acyrilic was thinned down a lot. I knew they would break so made a comment about it to the gentleman doing my nails but he was sure they won’t break. Not even 5 days later the acyrilic has chipped on 3 nails and I don’t have the time to go back to the nail shop to get it fixed either. Anyone who knows how to do acrylic gel nails would know the chances of the nails breaking were very high. Not worth the time or money spent sitting in the nail shop.

Yesterday at 5 PM, I visited this salon for the first time without an appointment and was taken in immediately, which was great. I had a full set with gel done, and overall the work was done well—I was happy with the result and the price was reasonable.

However, during the service I found out they don’t have a card machine, and I didn’t have any cash on me. It turned into quite a stressful situation as they asked me to bring cash, which wasn’t possible since I didn’t have my physical card. In the end, I had to make a bank transfer.

The service itself was good, but the payment situation definitely needs improvement. I might come back for a refill if I’m in the area again.

Soo so good, everytime I come here I my nails stay on for such a long time, I always come here the outcome is amazing, I recommend gon and tom and tbh everyone is amazing here I love it so much.i brought my mum with me and she also liked it a lot.

I recently had my nails done and I’m honestly so impressed with the whole experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, calm, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away.

My nail technician john was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted.

The service here is fantastic. The pedicure and nail polish was exactly what I wanted. I was very relaxed as I sat in their new full body massage chair which was brilliant. The vast colours of nail polishes is also brilliant. Very clean in their new chairs salon.
