I attended today for my Valentine’s nails. During prep, my natural nails were drilled paper thin. I repeatedly said they were burning but was told this was “normal.” It is not normal for nails to burn that indicates over-filing.

My nails are now sore and very sensitive. The team is lovely, but nail health must be prioritised.

I was definitely in today, so there should be no issue locating my booking.

Cut to bleed and it continued bleeding for a couple of hours afterwards. Friendly staff. Received an apology and I totally understand it could happen.
Fully paid £25 with the polish service.
NB the hair on the nail tip is underneath the top coat.
