I had the most amazing pregnancy massage with Romina, it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few from different places. She was very attentive to my needs and it was a very professional massage with a calming atmosphere and aura. I will certainly be back for another massage very soon! 20/10

My review is so long it can’t be submitted. Shortened version:

I very deeply regret booking an appointment here. I can overlook bad customer service or unsatisfactory work however physical harm is where I draw a firm line.

“Rhythm” very briefly soaked my acrylics then used an electric drill to file away the acrylic nail followed by my natural nail, down to the hypochondrium while dismissing me on the multiple occasions that I communicated my pain to her. She did not care and was vocally more concerned about the time of her next clients appointment as opposed to my pain.

I would very strongly advise against booking any nail treatments with her - even a simple polish or manicure, I would seriously avoid.

The pictures show the state that I left this establishment in after having to cancel the “treatment” to prevent her from harming me further - the acrylics are still perfectly adhered to my natural nail on the other 9 fingers despite sitting in this salon with acetone on them for over 30mins due to the lack of foil and poor application. My pinky is sore, red and so thin that even a light tap on it bounces.

I managed to find a proper nail tech who removed them properly in around 40mins and you can see in the final picture with just my natural nails, there is no redness and they are strong with no issues in comparison to the pinky that Rhythm destroyed.

Appalling experience at this place & I'm considering escalating it to prevent anyone else from being injured in the future.

I had a wonderful Reflexology treatment at Mothers Inc. It was the first time trying this treatment so was a bit nervous but the therapist Ehi was so friendly, she quickly put me at ease, and was very informative explaining the different pressure points. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and I felt significantly less stressed by the time I left. Highly recommend!

I have to say I've been here for a massage before and it was wonderful. The nail tech, however, is not the same standard. Lady was lovely but started by cutting all of my nails so short it was hurting. I grew them long especially for this and she completely destroyed the shape and length. Then she picked off so much skin but didnt finish or clean up so I had random bits of skin around the edge of my nails. Half way through, a piece of cotton wool hair was brushed on my nail - I told her and she tried to paint over it. I insisted it was leaving a bump on my nail and she then said she had to hurry because of another customer waiting (I waited 25 minutes for her to be ready for my appointment). She then admitted she was a trainee and said she would charge me a trainee rate instead, despite me not booking this. To be honest, the standard isn't worth £20 even as a trainee. Really unimpressed with how this was handled.

As hoped I very much enjoyed my aromatherapy massage with Gabriela. Lovely welcome when I entered greeted with a fresh glass of water & asked what type of fragrance I'd like to be present in the treatment room. Massage performed great & professionally with pressure checked at the start.
Completely relaxed throughout and was definitely worth the money & time.
Many thanks I'll be back in the new year.
