Google I came in for a pedicure and it was very rough and painful. as I left I realised my heel was bleeding as they had scraped it too hard. it's been 2 days and it's still not healed and hurts to walk on, which is not great as I'm about to go on holiday. really frustrating.

Google Very hit and miss. One time I loved my nails (8/10) the next time I swear the lady was learning how to do biab on me. Which is fine but the guy who knew how to do biab didn’t even try to correct her work when I flagged it. She didn’t even give me a manicure (ie cleaning cuticles etc) really shoddy + inconsistent. Would not recommend.

Google I walked in asking if they could fit me in for a mani and was told yes and to sit. So I sat.. and sat… another customer comes in with an appointment at that time. So there is the 1 technician already working on someone and two people waiting. Eventually I ask if another technician is coming and am told to please come back in 5 minutes. I am not sure when they were planning to see me but if you can’t fit someone in please just say so instead of making them wait and wasting their time. I hate writing a bad review but I left very frustrated as by the time I left I had no time to go somewhere else before nursery pick up: I have two young kids and very little time to do things for myself.

As you came in as a walk-in , we did try our best to fit you in between existing appointments, but unfortunately the salon became busier than expected at that time. we completely understand how how frustrating it can be to wait, especially when you are short on time. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we will work on improving our attention and we will work on improving our communication with waiting times. if you ever decide to visit us again, we would recommend booking in advance so we can make sure we have a slot ready for you. Google Very disappointing experience. After having my nails done here, I developed a painful nail infection with swelling and heat. I have been advised this is consistent with an acute infection, raising serious concerns about hygiene and sterilisation practices. I am now in pain and need medical attention. I cannot recommend this salon.
