I booked an appointment with Sam for a full balayage. After the consultation she called me and told me it would start from £300 and that my hair would likely take around 6 hours, at £70 per extra hour after the first four. I asked her to message me the quote so I could work out the total. A couple of days later she texts me saying it will start from £402 and with 6 hours would end up around £542 in total.
Over £500 for balayage!! — after originally quoting me £200 less. I’m honestly outraged. I was excited to get my hair done before a wedding, but this kind of price is unacceptable, and changing it just like that. I’ve had the same hair treatment at Venwood before and was never charged anything close to this. I won’t be going back if this is how they treat customers.

Absolutely loved my visit! It was my first time coming here, and I had such an amazing experience. I got both my hair and nails done, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out — they look incredible! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and really made me feel at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. I left feeling totally pampered and confident. Definitely my new go-to salon! 💕✨

I have never posted a review on Google before, but following my visit on November 25th, I felt compelled to do so! Ever since I was a child, I’ve had long hair that reached the middle of my lower back, and I wanted a change. So, I asked Shannen for advice about getting a bob. She was very attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about my well-being. I cannot thank her enough for her valuable advice and for being so supportive throughout this moment. I came in last Friday for the first time, and Anita removed my old BIAB and did a pink varnish manicure for me. I CANNOT BELIEVE how good it still looks, 11 days later. I have never had a standard polish manicure this good before. I’ll definitely be back!

A fantastic hair cut experience with Emily! She was meticulous and really ensured the haircut fit perfectly with my hair type / the reference I showed her. And she gave me a very lush blow dry!
