I used to be a regular customer at this shop, but after my visit on Thursday, I won’t be returning. The business appears to have been taken over by new owners, and unfortunately, the difference in quality is very noticeable.

The new owners came across as unprofessional and lacking the skills expected for this kind of service. My Shellac started chipping almost immediately ( a day after), and I even had to ask them to apply an extra layer, which should not be something a customer needs to point out.

This is a big drop in standards compared to how the salon was run before. It’s really disappointing to see such a decline in quality. I truly miss the previous owner and the level of service they provided.

I went to get my nails done, hoping to have a nice treat and feel relaxed after a hard day at work. Unfortunately, it was far from that. I called earlier in the day to make an appointment for 6 and was told there was availability. I arrived and one lady was working. A lady was already having her feet done. I got told to wait. After 10 minutes, I was told to go and sit at the desk. The lady stopped working on the other lady to come and prepare my nails. She placed my nails (uncovered) into a bowl of acetone. Then she went back to the other lady. After a while, my skin started to react to the acetone so I took them out and put them in the water bowl. She then came back to me and told me to place them back. I explained that my skin was getting irritated. She proceeded to take off the rest of the gel with an electric tool. Then she said for me to wait another 10 minutes because she had to go back to someone else. This is when she started to talk to another customer who walked in through the door. I said that unfortunately I couldn’t wait. She then started to cut my nails and file them really aggressively, she kept looking at the clock. I asked her to stop and said that I’ve come here for some peace and to feel relaxed. I am going to have to go home. Do not waste your time in this salon. I still had to pay for the terrible experience. I will not be going back!

I went to this nail salon for a few months but had to find another one as they filed my nails down to the point I was in agony. Every time I went in there they burnt my nails. Now that im at a new salon my nails have recovered

The staff here are super professional and gentle. I got a gel polish + acrylic combo, and the technique was very precise. The nail shape is beautiful and the polish lasts a long time. No pain or discomfort at all—unlike some other places I’ve tried.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

paid £100 pounds for 2 nails to be done, the service then took 3 hours to complete (other places ive been have been cheaper and done in under an hour) and then within a week began falling off, went to request a simple refund and the workers would not listen or acknowledge this and eventually agreed to atleast take the rest of the nails of, no refund was recieved and this lack of proffesionalism and accountability is disgraceful

This nail salon is the best I’ve tried in London. They are very talented and nice people. I don’t live in Richmond but I travel to Richmond to get my nails done here. The best nail salon in London in my opinion. Thanks guys!

I love coming here! Everyone is super friendly, and if I want something adjusted they’ll do so right away and I feel like we’re working together on the look. I come in with a different idea every time and they always execute it, even if I’m not sure what I want. Also - I get extensions every time, and not once have they lifted before it’s time for a fill, super impressive considering I’m fairly active. We’re regulars for sure!!
