Worst pedicure ever. Clearly they didn’t manage their staff properly and had a guy filling in. He took almost 2 hours and the polish was old and thick. In the end he tried to redo my nails and I ended up doing it myself in the shop. No one helped. Even after such a long time it smudged in the evening as it was too thick. I am off on holiday now and I will have to redo the pedicure myself when I get there. What a waste of 2 hours !!

recently switched to this nail shop after not having the best experience elsewhere, and I’m honestly so glad I did. From the moment you walk in, the space is beautiful, clean, and welcoming.

What really stands out is the customer service — it’s genuinely 10/10. The ladies are warm, friendly, and make you feel comfortable straight away. They take their time and pay close attention to every detail, constantly checking that you’re happy with everything throughout the process.

You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work and your overall experience, which makes a huge difference. I’ve finally found a place I can trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.

Completely unacceptable - two nails have broken from a set 7 days after I got them done in the exact same way with no trauma.

Went to get the pinkie nail fixed and a day later another nail has broken. I paid 70 pounds total for these nails (including the repair fee) that haven’t even lasted a week. I have been getting my nails done for 5 years and never had an experience like this. Really upsetting - I have never in my life left a negative review but unfortunately this is not on at all considering the cost.

I have been to this salon three times prior with no issues but a new lady who did my nails (and cut my cuticles in four fingers with the drill) shows that the service isn’t good across the board.
