I’ve been going to princess nails for the past 4 months and the work they do is incredible! I’ve attached a photo of the nails I got done today. I asked them to do olives on a cocktail stick and olive coloured French tips. I was a bit unsure going in how it would turn out because I didn’t have an example picture of what I wanted it to look like. I am beyond impressed with the results and can’t wait to get more creative next time!

As a first time customer, I called to confirm how long a standard gel manicure would last, I was advised 2-3 weeks. Within a week two nails were breaking off, after getting them fixed I was charged - considering the price this isn’t high quality nor cost effective, I won’t be returning.

Requested a style and was recommended a base that wouldn’t fit the colour chosen, had to pick another design which they couldn’t do. Ended up paying more money than I have in the past for a less intricate design which makes no sense. Not happy that I had to compensate the design as I was told they couldn’t do it but clearly couldn’t. Overall was just horrible the nail point up from the side and was clearly overcharged.

Had my infills done today by Alex and was really happy with the results. If you’re local to Richmond, I definitely recommend this salon as they always do a great job and the prices are very reasonable!
