Sadly have to redo my review as the standard slipped & I sadly won’t be returning. I was given terrible quality gel nails that kept falling off, whole, every 3-4 days. I had already been in twice to fix chipping, and on the 3rd time, was told I beyond the warranty period. I saw reason & booked in for a take-off first.

The appointment was changed twice, to suit their convenience. When I arrived, I wasn’t logged on the books. I showed the staff member the text, and was ushered to a seat. When my nail tech arrived, late, she refused to give me the full pedicure like I booked. I explained that I booked to take off, like she advised, but I didn’t expect to walk out with crusty feet. She caused a scene, and embarrassed, I walked out without getting anything done. I refuse to be treated like that. It was clear that they’d overbooked and someone else was waiting to be served.

I called to clarify, and was dismissed for another customer. She said “I’m busy now”, which confirmed that someone else had been booked for 15mins after my service, which didn’t leave enough room for anything, given my nail tech was late. This is terrible service, and not a good way to start the year.

Great gem right by New Eltham Fiveways.

Always manage to book an appointment on the day. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. As soon as you arrive, you’re given nail colours to choose from, and you’re in the chair within 2mins, for your treatment. The nail tech / manicurist is professional, and I always leave pleased with the outcome. No notes.

You’re offered a chair massage during pedicure treatments, and something to drink (juice / water).

I would definitely recommend.

I had been trying to find a nail salon that would do my nails how I like them (I’m very particular!) and I had disappointment after disappointment with various salons. Then I went to Debbie Nails and just WOW! The staff are so friendly and attentive, they listened to what I wanted and 100% delivered… So happy with my nails and I’ll definitely be going back…

Debbie’s Nails Eltham, by far the best place I’ve ever been for my nails! Been going for about a year now, always so friendly, happy, and appreciative of your business. I love going and getting my nails done, the girls are so talented and go above and beyond to please me, so grateful for that, as some nails shops make you feel like your a nuisance and never keep to appointments, muck you about and make you wait even after booking a time! I honestly recommend Debbie’s nails, they are the best! I recently won the Mother’s Day giveaway luxurious pedicure spa, wow! Truly special, they mixed grapefruit and apples in the spa, then I had a coconut foot’s sock soak, full pedicure and gel nails! How lucky am I to experience this, it was amazing and so relaxing and my feet felt amazing! Big up Debbies nails! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Found the best place ever and it’s right in my doorstep!! Blessed xxx
