Found this little jem when I had a very bad reaction to Acrylic, Biab and SNS. I’ve been getting my nails done for 34 years and all of a sudden had an awful reaction. Jenny was absolutly brilliant we talked through things and we did a test on just two nails to my surprise I didnt react like I had in multiple salons. Jenny was very helpful, she was vey clean, tidy and very professional. She made me feel extremely comfortable as soon as I walked in the door as did her beauty lady Kelly. Very friendly and a nice atmosphere. I can’t believe I know have a beautiful set of Biab, they look amazing and I am so happy. 5 star salon and I will one million percent be going back. Thanx to Jenny I feel human again. Lov Lov Lov👌🤗💅💅

I had gel manicure done and sides of nails were not covered with top coat. Hence, on 3rd day gel started peeling off from sides. I called salon and asked what they can do in this situation. As I go on holiday in 1,5 days and have small kids I can’t come to salon in such short time. And asked if I can come after my holiday which reasonable timeframe. Salon refused this and said either come in before holiday or we can give you £10 of next manicure. This offer is not in line with UK consumer rights law. I don’t recommend this salon as they are not willing to fix their errors after service provision in reasonable time. It was really upsetting that paying £31 was wasted and my nails ruined just before holiday…
