Honestly, I don’t even know where to start — Ellen was AMAZING. I got a curl perm yesterday and the whole experience was 10/10.

At my consultation a month ago, she really took the time to assess my hair and was honest in recommending I wait until my bleach had grown out. That alone shows how knowledgeable she is and how much she cares about your hair’s health and the final result.

On the day, she focused entirely on my hair, and despite it taking around 6 hours (it’s very thick!), her attention to detail never slipped. The end result is absolutely stunning.

On top of that, she’s such a lovely person and so easy to chat to. I’ll definitely be back for all trims and future perms! Can’t recommend her enough!
