I came to Highgate nails monthly for about five years! Ann is incredible at nail art, and works really hard to match any design you bring to her. The whole team go above and beyond to make you feel valued and comfortable. I’ve recently moved away so had to stop coming, but I miss my fave nail shop – nowhere else has quite lived up!

I've never had such a good pedicure with a massage chair. They took their time and did a super neat manicure. The staff were incredibly friendly!

I’ve been coming here for several years. I usually have Ann but as she’s on maternity leave I have Amy. Both are lovely women who do an amazing mani-pedi. Professional, very kind, perfect nail painting (I’m extremely fussy) that lasts. Highly recommended. ❤️

Very poor eyebrow and upper lip waxing experience. The lady with specs was not able to handle wax and putting all over my face and eyelids. Even after telling her that your wax is not hot enough she continued. Not going ever again and she was mishandling everything and left my skin irritated. And no courtesy to say sorry. Do not visit for any wax service from her

Had my nails and eyebrows done today
The girl was rude from the start
The eyebrows looked no different to when I went in there
She rushed through everything and the room where they do the brows etc was actually filthy
Will not be going back there

I have got my nails there before but have recently given me a fungal nail infection Obviously not cleaning their tools,
Which has completely ruined my nail and if my nail falls off, I will be suing Also every time I go in there, I’m charged different prices from £35-£40 Even though I get the same thing every time
