Google Great Biab! They were very attentive and made sure they got the best color match for the inspo picture I showed. The only point is that when I booked, it wasn't clear that the removal of cuticles is not included with the service, so that could be more explicit. But overall it was a good experience

Google Very good place but annoying that they always ask for cash payment, even though they have facilities for card payment. They are definitely dodging their taxes, and I don’t like that.

We only ask for cash payment on the services under £30 .Please be understand that we are only small business , not a big company, so we have been charge from 1,7%-2,4% for all the transactions by the card machine’s company , also with the all in and out income on the bank , we have to pay the fee, so asking for cash payment is just a way we asked for your helps to reduce our expenses , we are all working hard every day , so we thought thats not a big problem with customers , just to save us from paying too much for the third party .
We always try to improve our services.

Also please note that , for health and safety ,our pedicure is no longer use metal tools like razors to remove hard skin on your heels . And callus remove is an extra service.

Google My nails turned out great, but I got completely scammed. Online it said the nails would be £45, but when I arrived in person they said they changed their prices to £75. I tried to negotiate but they weren’t having it, and just ended up settling. My nail tech was great and it wasn’t his fault, but I would highly avoid this place.

After carefully investigate and checking cctv from the salon , we couldn’t find which date and what time was your appointment, also no science from cctv showed that occasion connect to someone who tried to negotiate . So please could you send us the time and date you were in by email , also with the services you had done .
Our price list is public in front of the shop , and online booking page , there is no service with the price of £45 at all , so thats impossible to changes from £45 to £75 in one day .

Google I’m sorry to say this but I’m furious after receiving a painful pedicure today. I got home and felt discomfort on my foot and noticed that my nail bed is exposed. The nail has been filed so short. In addition, I got quoted £52 yesterday and today paid £72 for this no frills service. They charge extra for French pedi and then some for taking off gel (more than other salons in the area) but failed to mention at the beginning of the visit. I feel totally ripped off and unhappy. Needless to say I won’t be coming back and will be warning friends and family too.

However our price list always publishes in front of the salon and you can see directly when walk in ,you might not happy because of being charged extra for the old gel removed and extra for the french tip gel re applied , then you said so . But when quoted the price's on the phone, you didnt mentioned about old gel and french tips, so the price on our reply is the basic one . Therefore, our staff had done everything correctly and also our salon services are following health and safety totally .
However, you tried to claim the charge back from your bank with the reason of “service not received” , also tried to claim refund from us with reason of “not happy “ . We can understand that .
