I didn’t feel welcome when I entered the salon. I wasn’t offered a drink, while other customers were while doing pedicure.

One of the staff members was speaking loudly in another language, and the others didn’t respond.

Based on the reviews, I expected a calm and friendly atmosphere, but instead it felt unwelcoming and lacking in communication.

I have been a customer for many years and always had great experience, however this time I wanted a manicure with ordinary nail polish...I know these days this is unusual but I thought it would be fine. The nails looked claggy and certainly not smooth and within a day the ends had chipped off from nearly all the nails...I could have done a better job myself

Update...within minutes of posting this review I was contacted by Archway Nails inviting me in to redo the nails. Just had them done and they are fabulous...that's what I call excellent customer service.

I went in with a clear vision and quite an elaborate nail design, and I was honestly a bit scared because usually some nail shops can get frustrated with detailed ideas. But the staff at Archway Nails were so lovely and patient from the start. They really brought my vision to life and the final result was absolutely beautiful.

They took their time with my nails and paid attention to the details, which I really appreciated. They even gave me warm water and biscuits, which was such a nice touch, and there was a cute dog there as well which made the whole experience even better. The staff were genuinely lovely, the price was reasonable, and overall it was such a good experience. I would definitely recommend them.
