Absolutely brilliant BIAB (builder gel) nails today at Tulip. The team are super friendly, even though it was a really busy day. Loads of colours to choose from - and they had them all in stock, which is great. Good advice from the beauty therapists about which colours look best on skin tone as well.

The manicure was fantastic - some places rush and leave you with really lumpy BIAB, but at Tulip they take time and care to shape it really well and cleanly, so it feels and looks fantastic, I'm so pleased with the results.

They do massage and facials as well - I'll definitely be back next month.

Lovely place, but clearly rushed. Two appointments booked at the same time so both owner and nail tech rushed. Wasn’t asked if I wanted my nails cut so months of growing out nails (since July) were cut down to the skin. I asked after the first cut to not cut again since I wanted to grow out, the lady cut them down even more anyway- for context, I’m a nail biter trying to grow out my nails. Left hand was great with shaping, but the right hand looks a little off - nothing too bad though. Owner had to tell lady not to rush and after I left, seemed like they were arguing. I don’t hate this place at all, but it’s clear it’s not very organised. If you were to book here, I’d do it with plenty of time. Maybe call in advance. Owner had to step in to help get my nails done. Don’t think I’ll be back though. Cutting my nails down by so much honestly made me feel devastated.

Received a manicure and a body massage which was really amazing. She massaged my head, face, feet and full body. I walked into the spa with a head ache and I walked out without one. I will come back again.

Mahsa did a wonderful job of my nails. She was so lovely! She used a clear BIAB and helped me to choose a colour. She took time and made sure they were perfect! Very reasonable price. Was able to walk in! Would recommend!

Worst experience ever. I booked a week in advance, they called me 3-4 times throughout the week to see if I could come in on a Saturday, not Sunday.

Very clearly explained I couldn't and they said that's fine. When I turned up on the Sunday, a lady explained the person to do a manicure and pedicure had a headache.

I feel it was completely lazy, no one was ever actually available! Cannot be a coincidence! Also the lady who explained this kept laughing at me! So so incredibly rude.

Do NOT book any treatment here!!!!!! Awful awful awful experience and SO unprofessional.

Mahsa did an outstanding job with my shellac mani and pedi!! Couldn’t be happier with how it looks. The place is clean and tidy, she’s thoughtful and very skilled and the service was amazing. Fairly priced, great results and amazing place!! Highly recommend!
