AVOID TULIP AESTHETIC. Completely unprofessional.
I called ahead to ask if they offered a specific service, the price, closing time, and whether they accepted walk-ins. I was told yes to everything and given a price. During the same call, they repeatedly pushed me to come immediately, which already felt like they were trying to close early.
I explained I wasn’t ready and that it would take me about 15 minutes to get there. I was told to come when I was free.
I walked there in cold weather, only to arrive and find the shop completely closed in the middle of the afternoon, with no notice, no sign, nothing. I called twice — no answer — and left a voicemail explaining I was outside and that the shop was unexpectedly closed.
Unbelievably unreliable. If you don’t intend to stay open, don’t tell customers to come.
I ended up going to another beautician nearby: clean, calm, professional service, and cheaper. The contrast was night and day.
This place wasted my time and effort.
Avoid Tulip unless you enjoy turning up to locked doors.

This place is like a beautiful pink palace, it's so pretty and so clean, the staff are so welcoming and very friendly.I had lips and filler and never felt a thing it was so painless, Nagris who did my lips talked me thou everything she was doing and answered any questions i had. I've already booked to go back again next month, will be using this clinic every time now 10/10

My wife just came back from her "Indian head massage" appointment here, and she said it was the worst experience shes ever had as far as massages go, not even joking. To many mishaps to write here but to summarize in a few words. Lacklustre massaging, uncomfortable setting, and unprofessional service.

Tulip Aesthetic, I would like to say it’s a great aesthetic clinic. I have done my micro-dermal abrasion and micro niddeling . Excellent customer service from them. I am so happy that my skin is getting better. I would recommend this is the best clinic for skin care..
