I visited Halo in Grove Park, Chiswick and had a wonderful manicure and pedicure with Maya. The salon has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and Maya was absolutely lovely. My nails look gorgeous — I’m so pleased with the result. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been going to this nail salon in Chiswick for over a year now and I honestly couldn’t be happier 💅
Every single time I visit, the results are flawless. I usually go for BIAB nails in almond or coffin shape, and they always turn out perfect. I’ll be sharing photos both right after my appointment and days later, and you can really see how well they last, even after 15 days they still look amazing!
What I love most is the consistency: same great quality every time, super professional service, and they’re always on time. My appointments never take more than an hour, which is a huge plus.
The girls are super friendly, the atmosphere is lovely, and the salon is always clean and well taken care of, it just makes the whole experience even better.
If you’re looking for the best nail salon in Chiswick, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend! ✨

Love this salon! I finally found somewhere that consistently delivers fantastic nails everytime. Sarina is a perfectionist, exactly what you want in a nail technician. I normally take a Pinterest picture for inspo and she smashes it. Very happy. I never go anywhere else now.

I have been coming to Halo for over a year now and always have the best experience. I would recommend Sarina to anyone, she’s very thorough and quick, but always ends up with the best results.

I reeeally wanted to love this place as I live very nearby and am always keen for our local parade to flourish. I booked the appt as my kids got me a voucher for the salon as part of my Xmas gift.

Today I had what was probably my worst experience at a nail salon in all of my 44 years.

Sarina absolutely annihilated my cuticles and has left me with 4 bleeding fingers. When I went back to show her rather than leave a public review, she responded by saying “it’s only 4 nails” and “why didn’t you tell me it was hurting?” As though it is my fault that, without asking, she chose to file my cuticles with an electric file rather than take the time to tend to them gently like literally every other salon does.

Combine this with constantly speaking badly about “all the other Chinese salons on the high road” while speaking in Farsi with her colleagues THE ENTIRE TIME, it was far from relaxing.

Thank you Sarina but I will stick to the Chinese salon I usually go to, they are better, cheaper and I don’t leave there in pain!

Sad that a gift from my children has left me with such a bad experience but I would implore people not to waste their hard earned money here. Go elsewhere for a much better service.

Always so happy with my nails at Halo whichever member of staff does them - it's a fantastic neighbourhood salon and each technician takes pride in their work. I am a busy mum of 3 who never used to bother with nail polish as I prefer a natural look and wasn't able to keep it from chipping for more than a few days anyway! More recently, with age my nails have become brittle, thin and fairly useless, so BIAB has been a godsend. When applied at Halo, my nails grow rather than bending or flaking, and the colour and strength lasts 4 weeks or more. I alternate between a very natural look (pictured) or something fancier if I've got events to go to. Shout out to Maya who did a lovely job today.

I met anita and had such a lovely experience at this lash extension salon when I went in to get my nails done. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming and professional. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away.

My nail technician was very attentive, took her time, and made sure every detail was perfect. The finish was flawless – beautifully shaped, smooth, and exactly how I wanted them. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction.
