Google The three stars was mainly for the effort and customer service . Which btw was amazing . Unfortunately they took too long , I mean the nails were ok I was happy with them but they really overcharge their prices and for 85 pound nails I’m expecting them to at least last more than 2 weeks , they already started lifting and I just had one come off , I didn’t hit it or anything it just came off which is super weird but besides that it is what it is . My TOES……I’m really not the type to complain because EVERYONE was so nice but the guy doing my pedicure I’m sorry my love but you have no idea what you’re doing . You put three coats of nail varnish on my toes and it just wasn’t neat, I asked for very square and I got also round basically , I came home and I had to ask my house mate if I’m really overreacting , which she actually confirmed she loved the nails but the toes were not worth 55 pounds . Just because you take a long time that doesn’t mean I need to pay for your time I pay for service . What made it just abit uncomfortable is my nail tech was actually amazing but he kept saying to me they don’t usually do nail extention , which kinda made me feel uncomfortable because at that time I didn’t feel I was very welcomed . You don’t do nail extension and you charge almost 100 pounds for a mediocre set . You probably know who I am now , just wanted you guys to know that customer service was good but I just think you need to be humble with your prices for what you offer , I payed and left a tip which was based straight on their customer service , I don’t mind spending as long as the nails are worth it . I didn’t say nothing back then given it was closing time and you already had a incident with another customer that complained prior so I just didn’t want to give you a hard time but yeah this is my experience and all the best moving forward I will not be returning
