Google Popped into Chloe’s Nails in Islington on my way home and thought I’d give them a try despite some of the reviews I’d read. Honestly, there was absolutely nothing wrong with this place. I had a gel pedicure and the whole experience was great. Clean, polite and friendly staff, and not overly loud or busy which I really appreciated. Paul did my pedicure and was very thorough and professional. Iam was also really nice and welcoming. Glad I gave them a chance and would happily return.

Google Not exaggerating- best manicure of my life. Had an hour to kill in Angel / Islington area and popped in here on a whim. I think my guy was Phil? I never take time to do reviews but Phil- you’re magic. You made my aging, stubby-nailed hands look a dream! Thank you 🙏

Google Such a wonderful experience. Luckily found them last year (close to home) and thank god! Just by chance! The staff are so friendly (always) but the manager can only do my nails ‘because she’s an absolute G at doing nails). However, they’re all amazing ( I’ve been there when she’s not around 😩) Can’t fault them! Space and cleanliness Is spot on! Can’t recommend enough! ❤️

Google The first time I popped in by chance. I will always choose Chloe Nails in future. I live an hour and a half away and it is totally worth it. I have never been so warmly welcomed and my nails lasted perfectly without chipping for weeks. Highly recommend!

Google The best biab and design. I’ve gone to most of the nail salons in highbury and islington/angel and this is by far the best biab I’ve gotten. They spent their time perfecting the design and my nails and fingers looked so healthy after! This is officially my new favorite salon!

Google Very bad customer service + very bad application. I payed 32£ to have nail polish all over my hand and to have a very bad application. They never acknowledged they were in the wrong. Won’t recommend that to my worst enemy

Hi Kelly,
Apologies you were not happy about your visit. We did advise you that the pink under the french tip is quite pink and not the typical colour we would use however you still chose that colour. We asked you during each step if you was happy with colour and french tip style which you replied yes each time however we are sorry we cannot take it all off and cannot change the colour a few days later when you decided you didn’t like it. We offered to remove them free of charge which you agreed to and politely did for you.
The photo shows that the team did do a satisfactory job with the treatment and the nail polish wasn’t all over your hands so it is unfair to say that was the case, the skin underneth the nail is showing as you asked the technician to keep going shorter even after advised this would show the skin above the nail in which you replied that you were happy with this. Every step was taken with your direction and against the professional advice given so it is pretty unfair to penalise us for that. Nevertheless, thank you for your visit.
