I really don’t know why the mark too low
They do really good job and pricy - that’s my review 2 months before

But recently the experience really bad, first I watch show she ask me stop? And i say make it longer she said sorry already done; last one very rush for everything even have something stick my nails.
Color is not enough.
Will not come back again.

Was delighted to see my old pedicurist nail technician from when she worked at London Top Nails before it changed hands years ago. So lovely to see her and she gave me an amazing gel pedicure.

I also don't understand some of these reviews. The ladies are lovely, so talented, welcoming and can't do enough for you.

I got acrylic tips with gel, but as soon as I mentioned cat eye, the price jumped to £50 for hands and £30 for a pedicure. They couldn’t do the nail art design I wanted, so had to resort to a simpler design which I could do myself but just didn’t have time. They also didn’t have the right tip shade for the simpler design, and the service felt rushed. Less than a week later, my nails had grown out quickly because the cuticles weren’t done. There’s a big gap between cuticle and nail polish. I won’t be returning.

Pedicure terrible, done in a rush although no one waiting. They just didn''t care and paid no attention to detail. No shaping of nails to look like one another. That's the minimum expectation. I usually do better myself.

Adding a 2nd star to my initial 1 star as I came back and Sally graciously sorted what could still be saved. So think if you ask for Sally from the outset you'll definitely get a good experience.

Got a men’s pedicure and manicure here. I don’t know much about nails, but I know I have paid the same price for a manipedi before, and walked out with much better looking nails. Friendly, polite and quick service, but just didn’t deliver.

Every single month im there! When I decide to go somewhere else I instantly Regrets. Since 2021 Im coming and never found a place to do my nails 💅🏻 so perfectly like they do.
