Didnt really want to write a bad review as I know 1 bad review can damage someone's business. My appointment was at 12 and I got seen at 12,30 (I had to be somewhere at1pm) when I finally did get seen the technician spent most of his time on his phone ,after the 4th time he left me to sit there for 7/8minutes I said I was going to late for my 1pm appointment .he just turned around and said its ok il rush them so u can be out on time .he gave me 10% off but I would of rather had a nice experience than being left there while he sorted out his personal life.i run a business and know it can be hard but the customers always come 1st

Show them any design they are able to replicate. Quality of their products is very good and long lasting. There are good offers available occasionally. Pleased to be their regular customer.

It was my first time there and the salon itself is absolutely beautiful. Definitely walked into luxury. I made an appointment and got taken care of once I walked in. My nail tech was super nice, friendly and helpful. He even offered me tea. This was a very smooth experience and the prices are perfect. My nails came out beautifully and I will 100% be back.

This is my 3rd time now in Sims and everytime I go there Lee serves me. He does my nails beautifully. He has patience, he gives suggestions.. he is friendly and always smiling. The place is so clean as well. Thank you Lee. You are amazing 🙏🏽

I went last summer the day before holiday it is clean and they are friendly but after my 2 week holiday my acrylics started lifting, they just did not last long so not worth your money.

I visited Sims Nail & Beauty Salon in Harlington today for a facial with Aneeba, and I can honestly say it was outstanding from start to finish.

Aneeba was exceptional, highly knowledgeable, incredibly thorough, and clearly very experienced in her field. She took the time to assess my skin properly, explained each step of the treatment in detail, and tailored everything to suit my needs. Her attention to detail and genuine care really set her apart.

The treatment itself was both deeply relaxing and highly effective. You could tell she takes real pride in her work, and the results reflected that and my skin felt refreshed, rejuvenated, and noticeably improved straight away.

The salon itself was clean, welcoming, and had a calm, professional atmosphere, which added to the overall experience.

This was genuinely one of the best facials I’ve had in a very long time. The level of service, care, and expertise was second to none.

Highly, highly recommend Aneeba, and the salon as a whole. I’ll definitely be returning.
