Had an experience with Dipika today who pierced my daughters ears. Yelled at us when she was choosing her earrings. Pricing list had a 20% sticker on it and we asked her if it was applicable on the earrings she chose. She said yes and that the discount would be applied at the till. Kanta at the till then said that those discounts weren’t applicable. We said that we were told it was still valid and at this point Dipika again starting yelling at us in front of the long queue that had started to build and claimed she’d said that the discount had expired. Really really bad experience. Looking at the reviews, it seems Dipika’s name has come up in negative experiences again and again. Management should address this.

I found very irritating to talk to Manager and her assistant.
Otherwise I love this store and other all the colleagues are very friendly and helpful.
When something made you allergy and you want a refund, it should be much easier. Beside you guys put some tasters on the display so we can sure what colour are there by seeing clearly on our hands!

Please note this shop is closed on Sundays. Please UPDATE YOUR OPENING HOURS on Google ! I went all the way to this shop on Sunday afternoon to find it closed. What a waste of time. Not cool!

I came into Superdrug as I needed some antibiotics and my GP practice was closed. I was so impressed with how I was treated. The staff were welcoming, the pharmacist was thorough and helpful and it was all round a really good service.

I did collect the order that I bought online and had a query about it and everyone was very friendly&attentive. They resolved my query in a couple of minutes!

I booked a travel vaccination appointment on 9 May 2025. I agreed with the travel nurse that I needed both a Typhoid and a Hepatitis A vaccination. Upon being injected with a second vaccine, the travel nurse said "oh no I have given you the wrong vaccine". I was given a Boostrix vaccine by mistake which I had previously been vaccinated with a year prior (which the nurse had been told in my intake). The nurse did not apologise and simply said "I need a better system because all of the packaging is the same". She also had the nerve to charge me for the services??

Despite my best efforts, I am yet to receive a formal response from Superdrug about why this happened or what they have done to avoid this happening again in the future. Superdrug have not enquired about my welfare nor have they compensated me for my injuries and vaccine which made me very well.

DO NOT go to the Superdrug travel clinic unless you want to be illegally vaccinated without your consent.
