Their nail art is great and the service is high-quality, but it’s really frustrating that they insist on cash only for me. It felt unfair because I noticed them allowing card payments for other customers. They even pointed me to an ATM and waited for me to return with cash. Aside from that inconsistency, the service was satisfactory.

If you’re into nail art, ask for their creative technician. I showed them a complicated design from Instagram and they executed it perfectly for a really fair price. It’s hard to find someone who can do fine lines this well. Perfect. I’ve had so many compliments at work!

Absolutely herendous for service time
In the evening. I’ve now been here 4x in the evening and each time I had to wait 1.5-2.5 hours for a pre-booked infill because they don’t respect slot times. They apologise and make it out to be a mistake when they deliberately overbook. Have no respect for people’s time and not only that the man in the evenings will always find a way to overcharge when I’ve been a regular customer and have not has the same experience with anyone else when I go there during the day. Rushed my appointment, couldn’t finish painting my nails due to other time obligations and left with terrible nails overall as they had to rush into a 1.5 hour infill with NO COLOUR. Never going back. Thanks for the repeated experience

They asked me £43 for the prestation until they change to £48 because I choose to had 2 tiny stickers
… 5£ for 2 stickers ??? Well next time let me cover my nails of them at this price
