Google Been to w6 nails a few times. Service is always friendly and what exactly you want is discussed before hand. I’ve had both extensions and biab both services were perfect and I always leave satisfied. Her nail art is perfect and she really takes her time Couldn’t recommend enough 💕

Google The service was great as usual. She is honestly the BEST in the game. She is always happy to answer any questions I have about the different types of nail extensions, whether it’s BIAB, Gel-X, or acrylics. She always makes sure you’re happy with everything at each step of the shaping and design, and it always comes out perfect. You can bring the craziest design ideas, and she will always deliver. Before I found her, I used to get really basic nails, but now I’m really getting into different designs, and it makes me so excited for my next appointment.

Google Before booking, I asked for BIAB in advance, which she confirmed. However, was given acrylics instead. Only realised a week afterwards as it was my first time getting BIAB done and didn’t really know what it looked like - when I raised it, the only offer was a free removal straight away, which would have left me out of pocket for the £50 I’d just spent on the set. Appointment was also pushed back to the next day at the last minute (like an hour before the initial appointment), and the set felt rushed at the end with small mistakes (had Ghostface from scream on the thumb, one had eyebrows, one didn’t). Design was really nice, and I assume she was having an off day or something due to the other reviews being so good! However, i’m now stuck with nails I don’t want and which are likely to have already damaged my natural nail, which was healthy before.

I’m very sorry for the misunderstanding around your request. When we spoke, my initial reaction was to remove the set straight away, as I believed this would prevent you from having to keep nails you weren’t happy with. My full intention was always to follow this by providing you with a completely new BIAB set at no additional cost. I can see now that this wasn’t made clear enough at the time, and I apologise sincerely for any confusion and frustration this caused.
I want you to know that I would still be more than happy to offer you a free BIAB set to ensure this is rightfully resolved.
