I once got a keratin treatment and haircut done at the Brentwood branch by a male stylist, and he did a very good job. Because of that good experience, I went again in December 2025 for hair smoothing and a haircut. I was told that a stylist at the Romford branch was available and did a very good job, so I went there. A stylist named Nausiya(I don’t know the exact spelling of the girl’s name; she said it was Nasia) did my hair, but honestly, it was done very badly. I wanted to complaint from that time itself, but I could not. I never expected such poor work. Even normal barbers outside would not do it this badly, so I don’t understand why you call it professional service. Even now, my hair has not settled properly — it looks uneven and messy.

Before starting, she also said she would do eyebrow threading for free. I told her that since your Brentwood branch is near me, I would come there later just for a hair wash, and she agreed. She also said the free eyebrows could be done there and told me to mention it at the branch.

Later, when I went to the Brentwood branch, the staff spoke very rudely and seriously, saying hair wash service was not possible. They do not even know how to behave properly with customers. Then I asked at least to do the free eyebrows that were promised. When they called Nausiya, she lied and said she never promised that.

It is not about the money — I can pay for these services. But customers should be able to trust your staff and service. Please do not treat customers like this in the future. If something is not possible, clearly say so in the beginning. But please do not claim to be professional and then disappoint customers like this.

Also, I will never choose your salon services again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I visit they are always on the phone and when I ask for a wax they always pick up thread to thread my eyebrows because they never listen to what you are saying. I always try to give them a chance and my eyebrows always look terrible and different every time I go. This is my final straw. I would avoid going here!!!!

Nazia is absolutely brilliant!
Had highlights cut and blow dry done by Nazia. She was very professional and did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. The colour and cut turned out beautifully and I’m very pleased!
Overall a great salon with welcoming staff who always provide a wonderful service.
