Had such a lovely experience with Annie. She’s such a sweet soul and did an amazing job on my nails. She really listened to exactly what I wanted, helped me choose the perfect colour, and got the shape and length just right. She was constantly checking in to make sure I was happy and made me feel so welcome throughout. I’m honestly so excited to go back — I finally feel like I’ve found a place in London where both the service and price are amazing.

I initially visited Julie’s to have a bad/grown out gel polish removed. I went because it was close and I had already tried other salons along the high street.

There weren’t any reviews so I was unsure, but Annie greeted me and was so warm and friendly. She took such great care with my shellac removal that I decided to add a pedicure. When I tell you I walked in with feet looking like the beast and walked out with my feet looking like Belle. She got me allllll the way together. I immediately booked a follow up for 3 months.

At my follow up visit, again, she made me feel comfortable. It was like visiting an old friend. She took extra care and diligence, double checking to make sure I was happy with each step of the process and I absolutely love the French manicure she gave me. So simple and cute. She offered to do a design for me also, but I like them plain. I can’t say enough good things about her service. Thanks Annie.
