Have been coming here for massages for over two years now and usually am happy with what I get. Wasn’t the case this time around!

Typically the masseuse is super intuitive and knows where the pressure points lie. Today I had guide them to various spots which meant I couldn’t hardly just relax. They ask you for focus areas at the start of the massage - which is usually where the therapist spends some extra time. Today this meant only my focus areas were looked at in what is otherwise a full body massage. Didn’t love the experience especially given the pricing is already at a premium.

Will defo reconsider the next time I’m due a body massage sadly :(

Absolutely amazing experience with Fiori! 🤍
I had both my nails done and my eyebrows threaded and honestly it was the best experience I've had. Fiori was so helpful from start to finish and was more than happy to make adjustments when I slightly changed my mind about the nail design. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave feeling happy and confident.
My eyebrows look amazing.. the threading was gentle, precise and gave such a natural, flattering shape. I'm so pleased with the result.
Her customer service is top tier, professional, patient, friendly and attentive to detail. I'm absolutely in love with my nails and brows and couldn't be happier with the final result.

Absolutely obsessed with my cat eye manicure! I’ve never had one before and it’s one my favourite manicures I’ve ever had. Rebekah was AMAZING, super helpful when I’m usually very indecisive and did such a careful and gorgeous job with my nails. On top of that, it’s a lovely atmosphere in iris avenue with a fab drinks and coffees menu!

I really want to like this place. The reception is lovely and attentive, but I am so disappointed in my manicure. I came in with long nails and scheduled a baby boomer mani specifically because I have long nails. When I looked down mid service, my manicurist had inexplicably filed my nails down to short. Nails grow back so I’ll be ok, but I wouldn’t have booked this appointment if I wanted to go short… and my hands don’t feel like mine. Super bummed. I nicely told her a few times that I was disappointed and she didn’t even apologize. Then I got a lash tint and I had to ask for her to cleanse first - this should be a given. Not a relaxing experience at all.
