Indira is unprofessional and loves turning away customers out of her own ego. She initially tried to turn me away too but I knew better from my previous experiences with her. Then she made me wait in an empty salon because she was trying to prove a point and then eventually, she did my eyebrows.

On a previous occasion, she tried to skip me and serve someone else and when I protested, she said “this girl is a long time customer” (or something similar), so I said well that doesn’t matter because I got here before her.

Indira has a serious attitude problem. I saw her turn away 4 people in less than 30 minutes when the forecast was not too busy. At one point I was the only one there and she was almost done with me but she turned away a customer who had a 5 minute job.

I wonder what the reason may be behind the salon closing down..

I had a really disappointing experience with this salon and wouldn’t recommend it based on how they handle customers and their own promotions.

On my first visit, I was encouraged to purchase a package of five nail sessions at a discounted rate. I specifically asked how this would be tracked, and was told it would be “on my account.” I even double-checked what was included, and was clearly told that extras like chrome and nail art were part of the package.

When I returned for my next appointment and asked for chrome and nail art, I was told I could only have one. Staff members then proceeded to argue with each other in front of me about what was actually included, which was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I explained what I had been told at the time of purchase, the technician denied it entirely.

The situation got worse on what should have been my fifth and final session. I was told I had no sessions left and was essentially accused of trying to get a free treatment. I had to defend myself and explain that I had purchased five sessions, which I had even noted down at the time because I was told there would be no physical proof. Being made to feel dishonest over something that was their responsibility to track is completely unacceptable.

Instead of resolving the issue properly, they offered a vague “discount” but then attempted to charge me more than the listed prices anyway. The pricing was inconsistent and confusing, and when I questioned it, the manager spoke over me rather than listening or taking any accountability.

Overall, the entire experience felt disorganised, misleading, and frankly dishonest. The way I was treated as a paying customer was unacceptable, and the lack of accountability from staff and management was shocking. I left feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and completely taken advantage of. I would never return and would strongly advise others to avoid this salon.

Popped in for a quick brow tint the wait was only 10 minutes. Very happy with my result, I’ll come back and try a few more treatments the staff are lovely and work very hard. Thank you
