I tried this salon for the first time recently due to a cancellation elsewhere and I’m so happy I did, as it’s now my new favourite salon in London. The salon is immaculately clean and the staff are very friendly. I had a pedicure done by Quynn, who very kindly fit me in last minute. She did a fantastic job, really took her time and made it such a relaxing experience, compared to other salons where it can feel super rushed. Quynn is so kind and friendly as well, I can’t recommend her enough! My pedicure is still perfect almost a month later and I’m booked in for my next one already, as well as for my nails this time.

Appointment started late, and the technician cut my nails far too short, despite me asking her not to twice. The paint chipped within 24hrs (Even though I looked after them in line with guidelines). £18 is ridiculously expensive for express file and polish, even in the city, esp when it doesn't last.
Do not recommend.

Edited to add - the owner reached out to me after this review. She acknowledged the poor standard and offered to come back for free to sort it out. It was redone today and they've done an amazing job of nude nails. Thank you for sorting it out!

Firstly this was a lovely place with friendly, kind staff - they even made me a tea.

I'm really reluctant to leave a bad review because they were so nice and everything seemed very clean etc. However I had simple BIAB and my nails are soo lumpy and uneven.. for £50 its really disappointing. The UV lamp was unbearably hot (like actual agony and I've never had that issue at other places) so I dont know if they were applied too thickly or something.

Quite hard to photograph but you can tell they're not right.

Neoud have officially become my go to salon.

I’m very particular about colour, tone and finish because I trained at John Frieda in Mayfair and worked in high end luxury hair for TV, film and music for years, always working main team with some of the most famous people in the world, including Amy Winehouse where I created her signature beehive. Because of that background, I know exactly what it means to create a true signature look and the level of precision, creativity and attention to detail it takes to achieve one properly.

When I came into Neoud asking for a masculine tiger’s eye/tortoiseshell effect, I knew it would take someone genuinely talented to pull it off. What impressed me most wasn’t just the final result, it was the process. After my first set, I messaged explaining I wanted the tones slightly more golden amber and less mahogany. Instead of brushing it off, Danny actually worked on samples beforehand and perfected the exact translucent tiger’s eye effect I was describing. That level of care and attention is incredibly rare.

The final set is honestly one of my favourite beauty services I’ve ever had done. The depth, the amber glow, the darker framing around the edges, the immaculate manicure and cuticle work, everything is perfection. They look like polished tiger’s eye gemstones rather than standard nail art.

The whole team were amazing and clearly take real pride in their work. The amount of care they put into the application, lighting, photography and detail was next level, and you could genuinely feel how invested Danny was in getting the final result exactly right.

I honestly feel like I now have my own signature look through my nails, and that’s such a rare thing. They feel unique, special and completely me.

If you want people who genuinely listen, care about precision and are incredibly talented at what they do, Neoud are exceptional. Thank you again Danny for absolutely smashing the brief and creating my new signature nails. They are perfect, and the evolution in just two visits is breathtaking! So, so happy! 💜💚💜

This is hands down my favourite nail shop. The level of care, precision, and attention to detail they put into every set is incredible.
