Staff are friendly and good, but I was concerned about hygiene. Tools didn’t seem properly disinfected, and the nail file looked overused and dirty. This needs improvement.

I recently visited this nail salon and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff paid close attention to cleaning and caring for the soles of my feet, which I appreciated. However, the nail care left something to be desired. The cutting and cleaning of my nails was not done thoroughly, and the polish application was uneven; not the kind of bulging you sometimes see at other salons, but more of a wavy finish that looked like a DIY job done at home.
All in all, it is not the worst salon I have been to, and their prices are lower than most in the area, which counts for something. I may return in the future, but it would not be my first choice.

The worst service I’ve experienced.

It was my first time visiting, and I trusted the reviews—unfortunately.

The only positive was the receptionist, who was polite, and the complimentary tea.

The nail technician made me get a new set, but she didn’t properly cut or prepare my nails first. I explained that what she removed was an extension and that I wanted extensions again, as it should be.

She was careless and nearly injured my nails. I’m not satisfied with the shape or length—they are uneven, messy, and not properly finished. She also didn’t clean around my nails.

I asked for a cat-eye design with flowers. Although they had the tools, she didn’t know how to use them, and neither did her colleagues. She couldn’t even create a proper cat-eye effect. Then she asked me to choose a solid colour, but again tried to apply it over the cat-eye in layers, which made no sense. I had to ask her to remove it.

After switching to a solid colour, I realised even that was difficult for her. The polish has gaps and doesn’t fully cover the nails—something very basic.

I couldn’t imagine such poor service. This was my first and last visit. I can’t wait to remove these nails.

I had a fantastic experience with Chi! She did such a wonderful job on my nails—the attention to detail was incredible. They look flawless and exactly how I wanted them. Chi is professional and talented.
I am definitely going back as it was my first visit at the Nail Lounge.

Thought I’d give it a try as we do! Nice service, didn’t get the complete procedure done of a Spa pedicure (no hot towel) yet would definitely return 😁
