I have a been a customer for a number of years. Holly's nails provide an excellent service and there are 100s of colours/ options to choose from. I usually have BIAB with gel colour on top.
My infills last average five weeks. Holly and Wendy are always on hand to help with colours/designs for any occasion. They did my Wedding nails! I always leave a very happy customer. They also provide good appointment time options and have a loyalty card system which is a bonus! Thank you Holly!

Although the nail technician rushed me twice during the service and did not apply the gel evenly due to being late for my appointment and having other clients waiting, I remained polite throughout the process.

Regarding the claim that I “left the money on the nail table,” please stop misrepresenting the facts in your Google review. When the service was completed, I handed the payment directly to the nail technician while we were both seated at the nail table. She accepted the money, I said “thank you, bye-bye,” and both of you replied “bye-bye.” There was no issue with my behavior.

Regarding satisfaction checks, the nail technician only asked whether I was happy with the nail shape (after 3 times adjustment) , not the overall service.

The first time, the shape was not done correctly—my right thumbnail was clearly leaning to the right. I pointed this out and asked if it could be revised. She attempted to fix it once, but it was still leaning. When I pointed this out again, the nail technician responded rudely and with an impatient tone, asking, “What do you want it to be?” I replied politely, asking if it could be made central. On the third attempt, it was finally corrected.

Regarding hygiene, I noticed nail powder residue from another client still on the nail removal tool. I asked that the tool be sanitized with alcohol. You refused and stated that it would not touch my skin. I insisted to clean the tool, your attitude was passive aggressive.

I get my nails done every month and am familiar with the standards of a professional nail service. I am leaving a fair and factual review based solely on my experience at your salon.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent visit. The nail technician arrived late, and I was left with alcohol wraps on my fingers for more than 12 minutes because no one was available to continue the service. When she eventually returned, the service was extremely rushed and poorly executed. The gel was unevenly applied and did not meet an acceptable standard.

I later attempted to communicate this issue via email. However, I was surprised by the response, which attributed the uneven surface to builder gel on my nails. I had not applied any builder gel or enhancement products prior to this appointment. If the issue was caused by previous gel polish, then it was not properly removed during the service, which is the salon’s responsibility.

I visited this salon last year and had an acceptable experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing, and the overall experience was awful.

I was in the salon at the same time as the person who gave the bad review today, and I don’t feel it reflects what actually happened.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone was greeted warmly, offered a hot drink, and looked after well. The atmosphere was positive, and the team worked hard to make sure clients were comfortable.
This is the best nail shop in Greenwich. The service is always excellent, and I look forward to every visit. Keep up the great work!

Started going to Wendy in Holly nails at the start of the year after a bad experience in another salon and have been going back religiously since! Wendy is amazing - so meticulous and always asking me throughout if I’m happy.. she is an absolute perfectionist which I love!🤣 I’ve recommended her to all of my friends and family in the area and could not be happier after every time I see her.
