Honestly can’t recommend Anna and Rose service enough. They are super professional and quick!
However the space needs urgent maintenance.
Massage chairs don’t work and this used to be the best part of getting a pedi… there’s lots of similar places around that offer it!
Also, the price list disappeared from the wall;
overall a new set of fresh paint over the walls and entrance would make a huge difference on the eye.
Not much transparency on prices and they keep going up, don’t forget to reinvest it on your space! Competition is ferocious.

One of the best nail shops! I always go here with a difficult design for my hands and they never fail to impress. Pedicure is done with so much care with a massage and drink too! Me and my friend loves this shop and their staff so much, definitely recommend to anyone who wants to pamper themselves
Can get very busy so I suggest booking in advance

Very disappointed with my last visit. I had great experiences here before, but this time the service was far below expectations.

The technician had extremely long fake nails (around 2 inches), which made it difficult for her to work carefully or precisely. My nails were left sharp and not properly filed, and when I asked her to fix them, she acted like she didn’t understand.
Regarding the color, I asked for something similar to what I had before. They offered only one option, and once she started applying it, she didn’t check whether I liked it. When I said I wasn’t sure about the shade, she simply continued without offering an alternative.

At the end, she handed me the cream and had me apply it myself. This experience was completely different from my previous visits. Very disappointing.

I went here on n off for years.

This last occasion, a so called man did my nails. He was the partner of anything nail tech there. I think his mum used to run it before him n his girl took over.

Anyway this guy was messing up on my nail and I was telling him as he was doing my nail. On his 3rd correction he went nuts and said he spent so much time on my nails already and he has other customers.

Let me tell u I am just loyal and I felt 4 them doing the business together. I always tipped £5 or more even wen not 100% happy with the works done on my nails which is free money everytime.

Now this foolish technician said he was not going to finish my nails. His partner had to complete my nails.

It was so embarrassing how he treated me in front of other customers, whilst sporting shit nails.

The worst part of all this is i feel a fool staying loyal to them when I was never happy there.

Anyway, I promised never again and I mean it.

I love coming here especially to see Anna. She is the best nail tech I have ever had. She is the only person who can touch my hands and feet. She never fails me when it comes to my nails. I had a really bad infection on my nail back in June & gave me the best advice in what I should do to get rid of it and from then I’ve thrived. Thank you Anna xx
