I wouldn’t recommend for a lash lift. I had an unpleasant experience. I wasn’t happy with the end results; they were over-processed and looked quite awful. The lady didn’t seem to take my type of lashes into account. The solution got in my eyes at one point and it was really painful. I felt uncomfortable throughout the whole experience and when I said something, I got gaslight by saying it was my fault. I’ve had other lash lift experiences and it’s never been as unpleasant and uncomfortable like it was here. Save yourself the trouble and the money, and go elsewhere.

Highly recommend the ladies (Binta and Anita) on hair removal or beauty treatments. They are very gentle (waxing & threading) and been going for years. The service, cleanliness and quality of rooms are outstanding, clean and warm! Highly recommend the beauty team.

A 10/10 salon that I will always come back to, no matter how far away I live from there. The nail technicians are fantastic and always do a brilliant job. The wax ladies are also wonderful and do such a great wax/ threading each time! I haven’t had any of the facials/ eyebrow lifts but one day I will and I’m sure they’ll be great. Thanks Mai for curating such a wonderful team in a beautiful salon. Have included pictures of some of my sets below.

Charlie was such a perfectionist with my manicure. I had my nails done a week ago and still looking great with normal nail varnish! He took time and made sure each nail was beautifully done. Thank you

I have BIAB here, absolute perfectionists and it lasts for weeks. I also have a pedicure which is lovely.

My daughter uses this salon regularly to get eyebrow threading and tint. She decided to get her eyebrows laminated. Terrible results for £50 She paid extra for a tiny which was darker than she asked for. The lady left brown dye on her face. Her brows were uneven. She had to buy additional products to try and gel them into the right shape and wash off some of the dark tint. She was so upset as treated herself for birthday but won't be going back again.

I had my nails done by the lovely Emily and all I can say is fabulous! I wasn't sure what color or shape I wanted, just that I wanted something 'feminine'—pink, but not too pink or too pale. Somehow Emily mixed two shades and created the perfect color that I'm totally in love with!

I also have regular HydraFacials here with Anita, who is amazing. I always leave with the best glowing, soft skin. I highly recommend all services at Nu Haven Greenwich!"

Nu Haven is really the best place in London! I have tried soo many others before this one and always came out disappointed. Here they really take care and are very attentive for every details. I usually go for waxing with Anita wich she's exceptional and pedicure/manicure! I've never came out disappointed from Nu Haven! I put 5 big stars plus! 🙏🏼👌🏼💯 absolutely recommend!!!

Emily done a wonderful job with my hands and feet. The hand massager is amazing!!!
I like the salon itself, it’s clean, smells lovely, toilets spotless.
And of course lovely service from the rest of the team.
Highly recommended.
