The owner of the business is very friendly and customer focused. However, the other staff members are very rude, no eye contact, no customer service inkling. All they are after is the number of people and how much money they are making. I have been going there for sometime now, no changes.

Just got my nails done, didnt like the end colour asked if I payed could they change it, the pony tail man simply said no. Really unhappy about this. Going to have to go somewhere else and change them.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Came in said Hello and asked how long the wait is and was completely ignored by all 5 staff members.

Even the other customers looked confused! I immediately walked out! Save your money for a place that bothers to greet people always.

Good service, and quick too, full set in less then 1 hour. This is the picture I showed them vs the final result. Price was a bit spicy for me but still okay 45£

I went there for a full set of acrylic and they were fine but I have gone to take them off myself last night as I work long hours and do not have time. As I was filling them done the smell was horrible and after the soak off the acrylic was so difficult to get off it was peeling and sticking to which I then realised mma had been used on my nails which can be very damaging to the nails ( mine now feel so thin and brittle)

I used to come here all the time and the staff were nice and did nails properly. I went there last minute before my holiday for some biab which they moaned about doing, but did it anyway. The staff member I had was quite rude when he has been nice in the past. He rushed my nails, after I’d left I noticed the paint was not put on properly, patchy and uneven. I had no time to get them resolved as I was going on holiday early hours. The next day two had snapped and now one week later they’re all completely damaged. They are overpriced, will not be coming back here.

Omg. How do I start? I went today to do my nails in there . The worse. For some normal nails the man couldn’t make a round shape to a natural nail. As many times as I told him that I want a round shape nail he ignored me and eventually told me in a very rude way that is short nails and he can’t do it. Even the nail polish couldn’t make it professional. And very expensive. Girls, stay without nails done then to cry like me after.
