Fatima came from Barking branch and did excellent job! I normally come here for Jazmine ( i truly hope that’s her name she is a superstar) so I avoid the place when I don’t see her in the shop - but i had an urgent vax appointment and was so impressed with Fatima, hope she will be here again

Hardeep Kaur is a warm and friendly person who makes you feel comfortable right away. She is professional, attentive, and always does a great job. Highly recommend!

Absolutely disgusting. I always ask for my brows to be threaded and they never do what I ask for and instead wax my brows. They are so unwelcoming and act like they want to get rid of me immediately. This isn’t the first time this has happened, it’s been multiple times. Upgrade your service

Booked an appointment and turned up and they were closed. No call to let me know the appointment was cancelled. What’s the point of allowing people to book when you won’t even be open!!!

Ladies were very welcoming and professional. I did a walk in. Lady that dealt with me was great asked all the questions about allergies etc

First time having my eyebrows wax and threaded. They made me feel welcome and were very friendly. Also they were nice to show me how to pencil my eyebrows in just to brighten up a bit as I’ve never done them before. Highly recommend xx

They done my eyebrows and made me joker . She cut all my brows one side and said there was a gap , how can she is working here if she don’t know how to balance both side. And no apology. I will never go there again.

Very disappointing visit to Lashious Beauty today, where I was made to feel quite unwelcome as a old customer I popped in for eyebrow threading/tinting, to get it done , was told I need a patch test 24 hours in advance, You’d think at that point she would have offered to do a patch test for me as there were zero other customers to keep her occupied, but nope! She seemed like she couldn’t wait to get rid of me. And she was soo rude with me and she start to get nervos and nearly shouting at me, and open me the door to kick me out. Probably they don’t need the costumers around!! Disgusting!

I should have read the reviews before going here, they completely ruined my eyebrows. I asked for them to be cleaned and instead it was re shaped! It took me ages to grow my eyebrows. I paid and told her she ruined them and she had the cheek to say “I only tidied them” she didn’t even apologise! I was also asked my “phone number to take payment” I’ve never heard of this. I did not give it as it’s a breach of GDPR. The staff needs serious customer service training. I won’t be going there again or recommending!
