Google I requested my prescription after days of waiting I have txt that they have received my prescription and after weeks I can pick up my medication
Call 20 times and no answer
Staff is so frustrated and they have no solution for anything,no training on administration and no skills
Is one lady there who should not be in customer service duty and is so rude,no point on talking with her .
I think she must get her pension and stay home .

Google I went to collect my medicine and was initially told to wait. After waiting nearly half an hour, I went back to the desk and was told it would be another 15 minutes. I returned after 20 minutes, but it still took a long time to be served. The service was very slow, and there was no apology for the delay, which was disappointing.

Google Worst place to shop in,,, was there to buy a cream which was not in the shelves unfortunately.when i told this to the indian guy who was in till he tried to help us and bring it from downstairs but the black security guy didnt allow him to do it,,, Black guy was really rude as well
