The lady needs to learn how to speak correcty to customers. She was rude and agressive because I queried why I had to pay another £6 on top when i had already paid for removal. Be it gel/dip or Biab.

My nails were done much quicker than the time stated the sevice can take etc. I have my nails done approx 12 times a year for years and no extra time was spent during the removal process.

Unfortunatley I feel as many other nail shops they are becomming very greedy with the services provided.

On a good note the shop was clean. Also special praise to the man he was very polite, kind and attentive so he would get 5 stars.

I paid the extra and to be fair he said dont worry about the £1 as I only had x2 £5 notes to pay however due to the initial issue and the way I was spoken to as a first time customer it will be my last time there.

Some women like myself spend upto £150+ a month on beauty treatments over a year thats £1800 I could have potentially spent here. Perhaps they should consider this going forward when speaking to customers.

Again thanks to the guy though..had my full visit been good I would have left a tip.

In response to the owners response. How can a customer book the correct service if thats not an option on any of your booking platforms (checked when booking and just checked again) Perhaps you need to update and check that out.

Arrived earlier than my appointment time and was accommodate straight away! The salon is very clean and calm, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I was done after a few minutes and the service was brilliant. My eyebrows look great and I'll be back for sure!

Visited this salon for several gel manicures now, and they’re always top quality! Roya and Ju know their stuff! Great colours and options for BIAB or strengthener. I won’t go anywhere else in London!
