I’ve been coming here for years and I don’t go anywhere else and never would. They always take such good care of my nails and truly make my nail dreams come true every time. The attention to detail is amazing, and I always leave so happy. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NAILS!!! every nail is completely crocked and the way he glued the tips made my nails to upwards and tried to blame my nail structure for this. (I never have this issue when I usually get my nails done) he made no effort to fix it. He also made me bleed badly and didn’t even apologise. He didn’t cut the skin around my nails there’s gel nail polish on my nails. When i tried to complain about it to the other stuff members, they responded in such a nasty manner and rude attitude i paid £40 and they didn’t even offer a discount . WILL NEVER COME BACK

Over the years I’ve been to nearly every nail shop in Islington and this shop is by far the best! I only go here and every nail technician does an amazing job. Lee done my nails today and he exceeded himself! The precision is flawless 😩😍😍😍

Didn’t like my nail shape, I attempted to trust the process but by the end the more I looked at it the worse I felt. I asked for a tapered square and he gave me a duck looking nail, I asked if he could shorten them he straight up said No ??? I don’t like that he was so offended that I wasn’t happy. You should aim to make customers feel their best. Not be offended if we want something changed. It’s on my hands at the end of the day. I also find it weird that I said I’ll pay extra for it to be shortened they just started speaking amongst themselves and kinda ignored me ??

I’ve been to this place twice, and they’re really skilled at doing nail extensions. However, each time I went, I was concerned about the lack of cleanliness during the service. They don’t disinfect the tools before using them, which feels unsanitary. You can even see the mess left on the table from the previous client.
I genuinely love how they do nails, but I’m uncomfortable with the hygiene standards.

Booked a pedicure. Just got home and turns out it was not actually dry. It’s all smudged. So… though the service was okay the pedicure is ruined and I’m going to have to have it redone
