Google Great salon- listened to exactly what I wanted for my nails and offered me alternatives to save me some money too! Nails look wonderful and will def go back. They also do a loyalty scheme too with only 6 trips you can then save some money on your next appt which I love.

Google I booked an appointment to have my nails and toes done but when I arrived, my appointment was canceled so I can pay them cash they said . then tried to charge me £45 just for color. When I questioned it, the staff claimed they meant £32—but this felt dishonest. I feel this business is overcharging customers and being misleading. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I do not recommend this shop.of course I left as i understood she is trying to steal more money from me .avoid this salon
Owner Response:
We sorry you didnt have a good experience with us.
Then reason we cancelled the appointment because you booked the wrong service you booked just colour on your toes which is £32, but you wanted a pedicure which is £45. You can confirm this on the treatwell site. After the pedicure we even offered you £35 for the pedicure with normal polish, rather the pedicure with gel colour which is £45.
So please do not say we are dishonest or that we are trying to steal your money. We try to help our customers by listening to the service they want and advice them what service would be better for them.
We are sorry you didnt have a pleasant experience with us.

Google Overpriced, not creative enough, wasnt happy with the servuce at all. Choose my colours according to a design and the staff couldnt do it at all. Ended up choosing smth else and it turned out so bad due to the base colour which was chosen for the og desun i wanted. Was charged £50 for it. And it was just not worth it.
