I am beyond disappointed with my recent visit. I’ve been coming here for a while, but the current atmosphere is a far cry from what it used to be. The staff members are very young and clearly lack the proper training—they didn't seem to know what they were doing with my treatment. To make matters worse, the customer service was poor and the environment wasn't relaxing at all. I felt uncomfortable throughout the entire session. I really wish the previous girls was still there; the quality has truly gone downhill.

I often come for treatments at the salon and the clinic I’ve had Botox,facials and loads of waxing/nails done here and I can’t tell you how much I love the place! The girls are young but talented and funny and Amanda is amazing at the clinic stuff she does my results speak for themselves every single time I visit! The salon itself is clean and I’ve never seen it look any different thank you girls and Amanda for everything have a lovely day xxx

I was highly recommended this salon for nail treatments, I’m a little nervous as I have had bad treatments in the past. However as a nervous client the team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The spa was clean and bright and lots of attention to detail. I will only return here for my nails, they have gained a client for life!

Manicure was messy, polishes are old and dried up. No hand soak while pushing my dry cuticles which infact hurt. Gave this place the benefit of the doubt despite hearing how it’s gone down hill and I wouldn’t go back. There used to be a couple older ladies here but everyone just seems so young and not even up to standard when paying almost £50 for a gel manicure!!

Had an Amazing lash bomb! Curled & dyed lashes with aftercare...even given a lash brush to use at home to keep the look! Definitely would recommend :)

I came for a massage here and it was very relaxing and really got rid of a lot of tension I had been holding in my shoulders and lower back. The therapist I think her name was Katie was very welcoming and I felt very comfortable straight away. Before we even started she asked me some questions about my back and shoulders which no other place has bothered to do and she 100% nailed everything I told her! She was amazing and the salon was very nice too! Will definitely be returning for another massage. Thank you Katie.
