Email sent to management- the place is only running because of Janvi she is a super star but I refuse to step one foot in that place again.

Before you start abusing and blaming Janvi she did not tell me she was sick she was continuously coughing.

Dear Manager/Owner,

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions I encountered during my 10:00 a.m. appointment with Janvi today.

When I arrived, Janvi was clearly very unwell — continuously coughing, wearing a face mask, and visibly struggling. I was shocked so sick and been forced to work. Frankly, forcing an employee to continue seeing clients in that condition is irresponsible, unfair to her, and reckless toward customers. She should have been at home recovering in bed, not pressured into attending work while sick.

I rearranged work meetings and planned my entire day around this appointment, only to be put in a situation where I was expected to sit in close proximity to someone who was clearly infectious. I was so appalled by this that I raised the matter immediately over the phone because the situation was completely unacceptable. No client should be exposed to illness due to management’s failure to protect staff and customers properly.

Even more concerning is the dangerous condition of your front entrance door. The external deadbolt arrangement allows the door to be locked from the outside with a padlock, creating a potentially catastrophic fire hazard. If that door were locked during an emergency, employees and clients could be trapped inside with fatal consequences. I cannot understand how such a setup could possibly be considered safe or compliant with fire regulations.

This issue requires immediate action. If the lock is not removed or corrected by Saturday, I will take photographs and report the matter to the relevant health and safety and fire authorities without further notice. I will also be making it clear that concerns were raised directly with management beforehand and ignored.

Your treatment of staff welfare and your apparent disregard for basic safety standards are deeply concerning. I expect a prompt response confirming exactly what action is being taken regarding both matters.

Me and my mum had the most amazing facial today. It was my gift for her for Mother’s Day and mum absolutely loved it. Jay adapted the facial to my needs/skin type which I massively appreciated. This is now the third time we’ve come for a facial and look forward to coming back for many more.
