Oh my god the worst manicure I have EVER had. I never write reviews but am so upset by this. Was charged nearly double what I usually pay at £57 there are loads of parts of the manicure that are unfinished and I have added a photo of some polish that is coming off in under 24hours. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I would go back and ask for them to do it again but the place is so gross and dirty I just never want to go back there again. I wish I could give minus stars.

Good Male Pedicure - I didn’t get anything fancy but am grateful for them dealing with my feet. They have massage chairs too which was cool. You can control the massage chairs.

I had a very disappointing experience when I visited this business to enquire about their services. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and dismissive. No one made the effort to engage with me properly and they didn’t come over to speak directly, and instead, kept passing my questions from one person to another without giving any clear answers.
It felt like they couldn’t be bothered to help a potential client, which is incredibly poor service, especially for a business located on Kings Road. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be using their services. It's a shame, I expected much better from a shop on Kings Road

I did a simple manicure and got the worst ever
Rubbing and filing
very very hard treatment no care at all
ruining my nails
Saying if your skin is very dry after dipping my nails in aceton for 10 min !!
I don’t really ever write comments, but this was so bad. I would love to share so nobody experience the same thing.

Salon totally ruined my nails, pinched my finger repeatedly with her nails throughout appointment which I kept telling her was painful. The removal of my old polish was awful to the point she filed my natural nail away which burned and caused extreme pain during the treatment. my nails became so sensitive after this and haven't recovered months later. The polish chipped within days.

I came in with my nails completely bitten and ruined (all done by myself 🙈), and Mery worked her magic from scratch. As you can see, the result is absolutely wonderful! I honestly recommend her 200%. She’s also super fast – in less than an hour and a half my nails were ready – and the quality is really good. On top of that, she’s such a professional and a lovely person!! I’ll be back!!!

honestly, i was hopeful, but the moment i walked i was greeted with a bunch of judgmental and angry faces of the workers, i sad down and waited for the woman to come over. when she came i had my inspo open, she then took my phone walked around the room and proceeded to come back with news that they could not do it . the inspo was simple french tips with a flower. I then offered to no have the flower and just a simple set of french tips. The woman then said we don’t do acrylic, or extensions. i was confused, so i said, well what can you do for me, and the reply from the woman was i can’t do gel. I didn’t ask for gel. She then spoke about prices of stuff she can’t even do. So i sat in the chair and got my cuticles and nails cleaned, 4 of my 10 ten finger were cut from the carelessness of the woman, she was clearly in bortherwd and lazy. And the price for just this was 18 pounds. Never going back, and i hope you do don’t go i. the first place. These women were miserable, and so am i now after getting my nails don’t bald.

I love my local nail place ! They take care of me! Do my nails amazing. the guy at reception is so helpful and kind ! Sarah and Mary is my fav technician ! Extra bonus would be to offer hot tea or coffee or filtered water to the clients while they have their treatments
